My name is Michael Gates, and I am the owner of Keep It Simple Property Services LLC. I have over 25 years' experience in all the trades and during this time I also managed large companies from an administrative side to maintenance side, I wanted to start a business using my experience and skill set to offer a quality service for a competitive price compared to other contractors. Our business name represents savings at a fraction of the cost because I don't have the overhead like other companies do. We offer a vast array of services in all trades, and our concept is a one stop shop to provide all services as opposed to multiple contractors at one time.
